Service Description
If you purchase our damage waiver and rain insurance, you may cancel due to rain up until 8AM the morning of the party as long as we have not delivered the item. Any deposit will be held and you may use that deposit for a future rental.
Cancellation Policy
Here at Ponte Vedra Party Rentals, you can book with confidence. Our cancellation policy states that in the event of rain we will refund 100% of your payment and hope you'll reschedule with us on another date. Any other reason for cancellation the deposit is not refundable, but you don't lose it either. Just give us a call 72 in advance of your event and we'll be able to move the date of your booking or cancel it and issue you a rain check for the full amount, good for up to one year.
